"Lisa was the listing agent of the house that we were interested in buying. My wife and I checked out the open house and felt comfortable using Lisa as the dual agent. Throughout the entire process, we were fully impressed with her professionalism, her knowledge of the neighborhood and community, and her capability of balancing the interests of both parties (not many agents can do that well). The outcome was very clear: a deal that satisfied both parties! Furthermore, her post-escrow services were world-class! "I am very lucky to have Lisa Viereck as an agent to buy a house. With her deep knowledge and experiences in real estate, she taught me how to choose the best house and potential house. She is willing to answer any questions with fully explanations and quickly set up appointments to visit any houses I was interesting. She put a lot of effort to make an offer earliest at a reasonable price to be able to get accepted from seller. She was very patient and very good at negotiation and problem solving, so she successfully bought a short sale house for me at a good neighborhood, good location, and very very very good deal. She is a person who everyone can be trust at the first time meet up and she also has strong network. She suggested me with the excellent home inspection person and mortgage loan officer, we all work as team players to support each other to buy a beautiful house at good deal. "In Nov. - Dec. 2016, Team Viereck helped my brother-in-law sell his home in Seattle and buy a condo in Blaine, WA. He has disabilities which requires special communication techniques. Lisa worked with him so well. She was very patient and professional and went above and beyond to help him understand all the specifics that are involved in selling and buying a house.
